Upon arrival at the StoreGo depot, each returned item received will be inspected.
The refund that you will receive will be determined by the following guidelines:
** Please note: Shipping costs will be refunded only when StoreGo.com is responsible for the product being damaged, defective or sent to you in error.
1. Unopened products in original condition that are returned to us within 30 days will be granted a full refund.
2. Damaged or defective goods where StoreGo.com is responsible will receive a full refund or replacement.
3. Any unopened product in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be granted a 50% refund.
4. Any fully functional item that has obvious signs of use will not be granted any refund.
5. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our an error on behalf of StoreGo.com will also not be granted any refund.
