We do our best to assure your satisfaction with every purchase, and we hope you are satisfied with every item you receive. However, if you are not fully satisfied, StoreGo.com also goes to great lengths to assure that you are refunded or given a replacement item.  To be eligible for a refund or replacement, returned items should be returned in new or unused condition, and must contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is in result of an error on our behalf, we will gladly refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

For products returned after 30 days, StoreGo.com will refund up to 80% of the item’s value, however we will deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund. If you would like to receive a replacement item, the original item must be received in the StoreGo.com warehouse within 30 days of the date you initiated the return. If it is not received within 30 days, your account will be charged full price for the replacement item.
